My name is Adrienne Beatty, and as a Sleep Sense™ certified pediatric sleep consultant, my commitment is to provide you with a gentle and quick approach to getting your little one to sleep through the night (and to take great naps, too!) To get started I'll need to learn more about your child's age, sleeping habits and daily routine. Answering these basic questions will allow me to take a holistic and effective approach to create a customized sleep plan for your child that you can start this week to bring joy and sleep back to your home.

How Sleep Joy is different.

You’ve read the sleep articles, have the baby sleep apps, and maybe even tried an online sleep training program… and your little one is still not sleeping well. Sleep Joy takes a holistic approach to sleep training where I strive to understand your goals, parenting style and needs for baby with a fully customized sleep plan. I’ll act as a virtual “third parent” in the process and will take the training and its success as seriously as you do.
